Wir suchen einen Werkstudenten (m/w/d), der die schönen neuen kinder im Bereich der Systemadministration tatkräftig unterstützt.

Deine Aufgaben:

Anlaufstelle/Mithilfe bei der Lösung interner IT-Problemstellungen
Verwaltung und Instandhaltung von Assets und Hardware
Unterstützung bei der Betreuung der internen Services wie JIRA, Confluence, Gitlab und GSuite
Mitarbeit bei der Betreuung von Netzwerk- und Systemumgebungen (VPN, WLAN, Firewallregeln etc.)
Ausbau und Weiterentwicklung der vorhandenen Strukturen

Du bringst mit:

Du bist aktuell Student eines IT-Studiengangs oder bringst eine vergleichbare Qualifikation mit.
Du arbeitest strukturiert und serviceorientiert.
Du befindest dich aktuell in einem Studium und hast ca. 15 - 20 Stunden in der Woche Zeit
Mit deiner freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Art zauberst du den Kolleginnen und Kollegen ein Lächeln ins Gesicht.
Du hast einen Blick für unerledigte Aufgaben und kleine Baustellen.
Du fühlst dich sicher in deutscher und englischer Kommunikation.

Your tasks:

Contact point/assistance in solving internal IT problems
