Deine Aufgaben:

Du bist die Stimme des Kunden innerhalb der Agentur und die Stimme der Agentur gegenüber unseren Kunden.
Du berätst und unterstützt unsere Kundinnen und Kunden bei der Umsetzung ihrer digitalen Visionen und Ziele. Dabei bist du ihre zentrale Anlaufstelle und trägst die Kundenwünsche in das Team.
Du übernimmst die Projektsteuerung von der Idee bis zur finalen Umsetzung. Dabei trägst du die Verantwortung für die Umsetzung und Weiterentwicklung von Digital-Marketing, Performance-Marketing und Content-Projekten in Zeit, Qualität und Budget.
Wettbewerbsanalysen und Identifikation von Wachstumsmöglichkeiten.
Steuernde Verantwortung der Projekte von der Strategie bis zur erfolgreichen Implementierung, Umsetzung und Abrechnung.
Enger Austausch mit und Koordination von Spezialistinnen und Spezialisten für Suchmaschinenmarketing, Social Media Marketing, (Content-)Kreation, Website Development, Ad Technology und User Experience.
Du berätst den Kunden hinsichtlich Lösungsvorschlägen und Vorgehensweisen und erarbeitest proaktive Weiterentwicklungsmöglichkeiten mit den (Fach-)Teams und stellst diese dem Kunden vor.
Du übernimmst administrative Tätigkeiten, wie z.B. Angebotserstellung, Erstellung und Monitoring von Projektplänen und Statusberichten oder auch Dokumentation und Rechnungsstellung.

Selbstverständlich wirst du bei den Aufgaben von deinem erfahrenen Team unterstützt und angeleitet. Mit der Zeit erhältst du mehr Verantwortung und betreust Projekte selbstständiger.

Konzeptbasiert. Du hast ein ausgeprägtes analytisches Denken und erarbeitest gern Konzepte. Du steuerst dein Projekt ergebnisorientiert und im Sinne der Kundinnen und Kunden, kannst aber auch pragmatische Lösungen finden.
Vernetzend. Du bist die Schnittstelle zwischen Kundin / Kunde und dem Team und arbeitest mit allen Beteiligten partnerschaftlich und auf Augenhöhe zusammen. Die Kommunikation auf Deutsch und Englisch ist für dich kein Problem.
Leader. Du lernst von deinen erfahrenen Kollegen die Führung des Projektteams in der gemeinsamen Zusammenarbeit im Projekt zu übernehmen.

Your tasks:

You are the voice of the client within the agency and the voice of the agency to our clients.
You advise and support our clients in the implementation of their digital visions and goals. You are their central point of contact and communicate the client's wishes to the team.
You will manage the project from the initial idea to the final implementation. You will be responsible for the implementation and further development of digital marketing, performance marketing and content projects in terms of time, quality and budget.
Competitive analyses and identification of growth opportunities.
Steering responsibility for projects from strategy to successful implementation, realization and billing.
Close exchange with and coordination of specialists for search engine marketing, social media marketing, (content) creation, website development, ad technology and user experience.
You advise the client on proposed solutions and approaches and proactively work out further development options with the (specialist) teams and present these to the client.
You will be responsible for administrative tasks such as preparing quotations, creating and monitoring project plans and status reports as well as documentation and invoicing.

Of course, you will be supported and guided in your tasks by your experienced team. Over time, you will take on more responsibility and manage projects more independently.
