Unser Digital Marketing Team bei schoene neue kinder realisiert holistische Online-Marketing-Strategien mit nachhaltigem Mehrwert für unsere Kundinnen und Kunden mit dem Fokus auf B2B. Als Junior Performance Marketing Manager (m/w/d) bist du verantwortlich für die operative Umsetzung der Media-Strategien und die Weiterentwicklung unserer Kundinnen und Kunden. Du unterstützt das interdisziplinäre Team bei der Planung, Umsetzung, dem Reporting und der Analyse von Kampagnen und behältst dabei stets KPIs und Budget im Blick.
Deine Aufgaben:
  • Eigenverantwortliche Betreuung deiner Kundinnen und Kunden
  • Erstellung und Umsetzung von Paid-Kampagnen in allen Stufen des Marketingfunnels mit den Schwerpunkten Search Ads, Social Media und Display (Programmatic und Festplatzierungen)
  • Monitoring, Optimierung und Reporting der Kampagnen
  • Budgetkontrolle und Unterstützung bei der Abrechnung
  • Weiterentwicklung der Online Marketing Strategien für unsere Kundinnen und Kunden gemeinsam mit den Teams aus den Bereichen Consulting, Content Marketing und Creative
  • Technisches Anforderungsmanagement zum Einsatz von Digital Marketing Tools
  • Falls du weitere Kenntnisse z.B. in den Bereichen SEO, Social (organic) oder Marketing Automation mitbringst, kannst du diese sehr gerne einbringen.
Selbstverständlich wirst du bei den Aufgaben von deinem erfahrenen Team unterstützt und angeleitet. Mit der Zeit erhältst du mehr Verantwortung und betreust Projekte selbstständiger.
Du bringst mit:
Junior Performance Marketing Manager bei SNK sind:
  • Sachkundig. Du hast ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium oder eine Ausbildung im Bereich Marketing oder Kommunikation oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Startklar. Du konntest bereit mind. 1 Jahr Erfahrung im Performance Marketing sammeln, idealerweise in einem Agenturumfeld. 
  • Motiviert. Du hast Lust dein Wissen zu erweitern und an deinen Aufgaben zu wachsen. 
  • Teamplayer. Du weißt, wann du um Hilfe bitten musst und hast Lust dein Team ebenso zu unterstützen. 
  • Kommunikativ. Du kannst Kampagnen, Planungen und Analysen verständlich aufbereiten und überzeugend vor dem Team und den Kundinnen / Kunden auf Deutsch und Englisch präsentieren.

Our digital marketing team at schoene neue kinder implements holistic online marketing strategies with sustainable added value for our clients with a focus on B2B. As a Junior Performance Marketing Manager (m/f/d), you will be responsible for the operational implementation of media strategies and the further development of our clients. You will support the interdisciplinary team in the planning, implementation, reporting and analysis of campaigns while always keeping an eye on KPIs and budgets. 
Your tasks:
  • Independent support for your customers
  • Creation and implementation of paid campaigns in all stages of the marketing funnel with a focus on search ads, social media and display (programmatic and fixed placements)
  • Monitoring, optimization and reporting of campaigns
  • Budget control and billing support
  • Further development of online marketing strategies for our clients together with the consulting, content marketing and creative teams
  • Technical requirements management for the use of digital marketing tools
  • If you have further knowledge, e.g. in the areas of SEO, social (organic) or marketing automation, you are very welcome to contribute this.
Of course, you will be supported and guided in your tasks by your experienced team. Over time, you will take on more responsibility and manage projects more independently.
