Wir suchen einen engagierten Technical Consultant (m/w/d) für komplexe Webanwendungen, Apps und eCommerce Systeme (Fokus Produktmodellierung und Payment)..

Als Technical Consultant (m/w/d) begleitest Du Projekte von der Erstberatung bis zum GoLive und Betrieb. Du bildest die Schnittstelle zwischen Kunden, Technik, Projektmanagement und den anderen SNK Units (UX, Creation und Digital Marketing). Kommunikationsstärke ist dabei ein Muss. 

Deine Aufgaben:
  • Pre Sales Support. Von der Erstberatung zur technischen Konzeption von DCX Lösungen bis hin zur Kostenschätzung für potenzielle Neukunden
  • Lösungskonzeption in Zusammenarbeit mit den Fachbereichen (übergreifend) und den technischen Spezialisten im Team
  • Erstellung von technischen Lösungskonzepten (Systemarchitekturen, Datenmodelle, Interface Specifications) in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Team
  • Übersetzung der Lösungskonzeption und der Kundenanforderungen in technische Anforderungen und Tickets (Requirements Engineering)
  • Inhaltliche und strategische Begleitung der Projekte für einen qualitativen und budgetären Erfolg. 
Du bringst mit:
  • Mindestens drei Jahre Agentur-Erfahrung
  • Mindestens fünf Jahre Erfahrung als Softwareentwickler/-in mit den Schwerpunkten CMS, eCommerce, Webanwendungen und Apps. Wordpress, TYPO3, Storyblok, Contentful, Magento2, IBEXA oder Pimcore sollten dir ein Begriff sein.
  • Gute Kenntnisse in der Software- und Systemarchitektur, APIs und Webtechnologien im Allgemeinen. ID Provider, Payment Frameworks, ERP und PIM sollten dir nicht unbekannt sein.
  • Gutes allgemeines Verständnis der gängigen Frameworks in JavaScript (Node.js, React & Next, Angular, Vue & Nuxt) und PHP (Symfony, Laravel, etc.)
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

We are looking for a dedicated Technical Consultant (m/f/d) for complex web applications, apps and eCommerce systems (focus on product modeling and payment).

As a Technical Consultant (m/f/d) you will accompany projects from the initial consultation to GoLive and operation. You form the interface between customers, technology, project management and the other SNK units (UX, Creation and Digital Marketing). Strong communication skills are a must. 
Your tasks:
  • Pre-sales support. From initial consultation on the technical conception of DCX solutions to cost estimates for potential new customers
  • Solution conception in cooperation with the specialist departments (across the board) and the technical specialists in the team
  • Creation of technical solution concepts (system architectures, data models, interface specifications) in collaboration with the team
  • Translation of the solution concept and customer requirements into technical requirements and tickets (requirements engineering)
  • Content and strategic support of projects to ensure qualitative and budgetary success.
You offer:
  • At least three years of agency experience
  • At least five years of experience as a software developer with a focus on CMS, eCommerce, web applications and apps. You should be familiar with Wordpress, TYPO3, Storyblok, Contentful, Magento2, IBEXA or Pimcore.
  • Good knowledge of software and system architecture, APIs and web technologies in general. You should be familiar with ID providers, payment frameworks, ERP and PIM.
  • Good general understanding of common frameworks in JavaScript (Node.js, React & Next, Angular, Vue & Nuxt) and PHP (Symfony, Laravel, etc.)
  • Very good knowledge of German and English
